Whoa, I had no idea. After looking at the tracklist though it looks like they've left out a lot of material on the official release. Lame.

I will check out the next night if I can get a hold of it. If worse comes to worse I can always [gasp] buy it.

my fave viola lee is from 5/2/70, it smokes, like the whole show, (and i may have been the first to point that out), but i will check out the aforementioned show.

Yes, only part of the first disc of DP26 is from that night. Starting with Lovelight, the rest is 4-27.

Another grate VLB from the same month is 4-6-69. It has a memorable a capella ending after the plug was pulled on the instruments for going over time, but even before that it's got a grate feel:

4/6/69 has to be in my top 5 from any era if only for the King Bee, Death and Other One suite alone. The Viola from that show also cooks.
